In 10 words or less, what does Shipwire do?

Commerce order fulfilment enabled by powerful cloud-based software combined with a global logistics network.

Where do you see shipping and logistics headed in the next 3 years, and what are the main challenges in the sector?

E-commerce will continue to gain market share over offline commerce by offering a desired customer experience. Shipping and logistics is the anchor of fast and free offers from brands and retailers and the customer experience is growing more demanding by the year with expanding expectations for last-mile. This will require greater automation in the warehouses, tied to seamless buying experiences and faster transportation networks, all driving for to reduce costs.

Overcoming cross border challenges continue to be an opportunity as brands strive to grow globally.

What has been the companies biggest achievement in the last year?

Shipwire has expanded into new European locations (and Australia in recent years), with lots more on-demand platform improvements to help brands and retailers connect orders for a better buyer experience.

In striving for constant innovation it is refreshing and humbling to receive an accolade such as the TFG Excellence Award, reminding us that our efforts are recognized and valued by our peers.
